Dear Parents and Carers.

I hope this message finds you all well.

Again thank you for your continued support. We are working very hard at Fordwater to ensure we are encouraging the best outcomes for all during the uncertainty of the Coronavirus pandemic.

We are continuing to highly restrict the Fordwater site.

We have offered provision to a very small number of children whose parents are critical keyworkers in the Covid 19 national response who do not have other childcare options.

As you may be aware, Gavin Williamson, Education Secretary reiterated over the weekend that unless absolutely critical, all children should be cared for at home.

We are looking at supporting those of you who are entitled to free school meals with a hamper of basic provisions to replace the meal your child would have each day in school. We will co-ordinate how this will work tomorrow and contact you.

In the next 2 days you will receive a phone call from your child’s teacher to see how things are going. This call may come up as no caller ID.
