Family Events

Fordwater Communitty Hub is able to offer events for the whole family to enjoy together.  We have been able to use our school site to run some successful events for the whole family, in an environment that is safe, familiar and well equipped to meet their young person’s needs.  It is also hugely beneficial for our Fordwater students to share their school with their parents, siblings and extended families in a positive and fun way. 

Our Festive Fun Morning was attended by 90 people, and was a fantastic success!  Families enjoyed festive arts and crafts, sensory tuff trays with a Christmas theme, a trip to Santa’s grotto, real snow on the playground, cooking and much more! 

Our Community Hub Cheese, Wine and Quiz Night raised funds for an upcoming Easter Eggstravaganza for families, but proved to be a fantastic night of laughs and plenty of cheese!
